  1. Candidates applying under BCA / BCB category should submit Creamy / Non Creamy Layer certificate issued by competent authority as per Government of Haryana Notification No. 40/13/2024-lSW Dated 16.07.2024, by the Department of Welfare of Schedule Castes and Backward Classes. Certificates issued by Competent authority after 01.04.2025 will only be considered valid, for deciding eligibility, for admission under BCA / BCB category.
  2. Candidates applying under EWS category should submit Income and Asset certificate issued by competent authority as per Haryana government Notification No. 16/10/2022-6HB-IV dated 04.10.2022. Certificates issued by Competent authority after 01.04.2025 will only be considered valid, for deciding eligibility, for admission under EWS category.
  3. Candidates applying under SC / SC Deprived category should submit category certificate issued by competent authority as per Haryana government Notification No. [66-2020/Ext.] dated 15.05.2020

  1. The personal appearance of the candidates along with all original documents before the Admission committee at Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak is mandatory failing which his/her candidature will not be considered.

  2. Any amendments by the State Government/Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare/NMC/MCC/DCI shall be applicable.

ANY ADMISSIONS MADE BY ANY PRIVATE MEDICAL/DENTAL EDUCATIONAL & RESEARCH INSTITUTES INCLUDING THOSE UNDER PRIVATE UNIVERSITY IN THE STATE AT ITS OWN LEVEL SHALL NOT BE VALID AND SUCH ADMISSION SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS NULL AND VOID.
